Returns:

We do not give returns or exchanges on products due to the fact that we can not guarantee sanitary conditions of products once they leave our business.

Can I buy Deena & Emily products locally?

We’re constantly growing and adding new places to our wonderful list of shops. For the time being however, we are only located in the Northeast Georgia Area.

What carrier does Deena & Emily use for shipping?

Currently we use the United States Postal Service.

When do you ship?

You will be contacted as soon as we ship your order. After it leaves our hands, we can not control the time the postal service takes to deliver your package.

Can I get a paper catalog of your products?

We don’t offer paper catalogs at this time.

How do you scent your products?

We use essential oils whenever possible, however, there are times that we have to use botanically based fragrance oils or a combination of both.

Why do you have to use botanically based fragrance oils in some products?

Sometimes certain oils are just not available in the scents that we need. Other times we may opt to use a botanically based fragrance oil instead of the essential oil because of environmental concerns with over harvesting of plant materials needed to make those oils.
